Quality is the prime, ever-extending goal of DSRC's software development practice. DSRC's offshore development facility in Chennai, India and its quality management system have been certified to be adhering to the ISO 9001:2000 standards by KPQR. Created by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), the ISO 9001:2000 standard is intended to increase confidence in service quality and facilitate trade across international boundaries through a set of internationally recognised guidelines for consistent quality management system practices. DSRC is one of the few independent IT services companies in India to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification from KPQR, proving the company's compliance with best practices for a quality management system specific to software production and services. DSRC understands that it has to constantly improve deliverables to match the increasing expectations of our customers. We constantly review our processes, financials, people and infrastructure and enhance them regularly. DSRC went through a stringent certification process conducted by KPQR, the first private certifying body promoted in India. DSRC was measured against the standard's new requirements for customer satisfaction, the establishment of measurable objectives, the use of metrics and continual improvement.
