| Partner Managed Dedicated Offshore Development Centre |
| In this model, DSRC provides the necessary resources (project teams) and infrastructure for the partner to run its own development centre. The partner manages and controls the projects and deliverables from the teams operating from the development centre. |
| The partner will define all processes, methodologies and quality frameworks, standards and practices used. |

| DSRC Managed Dedicated Development Centre |
| In this model, DSRC will manage and operate the centre by providing the resources, infrastructure, projects and deliverables from the centre. |
| The Partner allocates tasks (task packs) and manages reviews. All development processes, quality management systems and standards and controls are according to DSRC's specifications. Client's requests will be honoured to change/modify practices/procedures. |
